A: Our preferred method of contact is via email. We check our email frequently throughout the day and request that all customer service issues or inquiries be sent via email. You can send us your inquiry 24 hours a day 7 days a week to: info@TheBodyBakery.com and we will respond to your message usually within a few minutes or hours during the business week and even on the weekends when possible. All phone calls that are not order related will receive an email response, not a return phone call.
Our toll-free number is reserved for phone orders, both retail & wholesale, or any issue regarding trying to place your order on the site. We are available to assist you with your order, by phone, during these hours : Monday-Friday: 10 am - 5 pm CST Closed Saturday & Sunday

Q: What are your shipping rates and what forms of payment do you accept?
A: Shipping costs are based on the number of items purchased, not weight and we make every effort to keep it affordable. We ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. There are isolated occasions when the actual shipping cost and amount paid are substantially uneven (more than $3.00) and we will gladly refund the difference if it is brought to our attention.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?
A: International orders? YES! We ship WORLDWIDE via First Class Mail International and shipping rates will be shown to you before you enter your payment information.

Q: What is TheBodyBakery.com Return Policy?
A: Due to sanitary reasons as well as the customized nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges unless we ship you the wrong product. We understand that it is difficult to choose scents online, but make every effort to offer accurate descriptions on the "Scents" page and are always available to answer questions or make scent recommendations via email. We also highly recommend that you take advantage of our 1 oz. sample sizes, available to purchase on the Whipped Cream page of the site, if you are considering a variety of different scents. Any packages returned to us without prior notification and authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Q: Do you offer a hard-copy Catalog?
A: No. We are strictly an Internet-based company and all of our current product, pricing, and scent information is available exclusively on the site.

Q: What if I have Sensitive Skin?
A: We use only the finest Body-safe ingredients in our products and strictly prohibit animal-testing. Some oils, Cinnamon in particular, is known for its potential for irritation and is not recommended. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend doing a patch test on your inner forearm and waiting 24 hours for a reaction. Also, if you have known allergies to specific ingredients, please email us before you place your order and we will be happy to let you know if that ingredient is in the product you are considering. The Body Bakery, Inc. does not accept any responsibility for allergic reactions or misuse of any of its products.
Q: What if my package doesn't arrive here?
A: We make every effort to insure that your package arrives to you quickly and safely. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped to apartment or office buildings where, if not claimed immediately, someone could pick it up. We suggest having your order shipped to an address where someone will be there to get it when it arrives. You can also request package Insurance and/or Signature Confirmation for an additional fee by emailing us.
Q: I placed an International order and it hasn't arrived. Is there any way to track it?
A: While we have never had a package not arrive at it's destination, International packages are not traceable through our Postal System. Therefore, we take no responsibility for any package after it leaves our location. We only ship First Class Mail International worldwide which typically takes 10-12 business days to get there depending on your country's customs service, but could take longer. While we value your business, please shop at your own risk. We also take no responsibility for any Customs charges that may be incurred during the shipping process. No refunds or replacements are issued and you will receive email notification when your order leaves our facility. |
